He's originally from Newbridge(I think) But now living by Cwmbran Stadium in Ty -Coch.
One of the best boxers around and in my opinion THE BEST boxer in his weight.
Got a picture somewhere of him holding Aaron(my son) when he was at the Kings Head last summer.

Joe is lovely, I hand beaded his wife's wedding dress for her, she's so down to earth.
People like that you can only wish all the best to.
They even bought a piece of wedding cake for me after the wedding.......Ahhhh Bless.

Wow - Didn't Joe make us proud last night! Funny reading some of the past comments about him - I made his Wedding cake (when he was married!!) he lives in Maesycwmr near Blackwood / infact my husband have just popped over to his Mums!!! We are arranging a Christmas fayre at Hafodrynys Welfare 9th Dec 7pm - I have a Welsh rugby ball being signed by the Welsh team & 'hopefully' Joe Calzaghes book - along with some others!!! for a raffle on the night for a charity NAS!
